Great ocean front location.

Our experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find a miscommunication about our accommodations that left us stranded in a dark alley, forced to stay across the street under poor conditions. The facilities were exceptionally outdated and far from what one would expect from a four-star hotel.

Offered a lovely ocean view. the overall experience felt lacking due to outdated facilities and a limited breakfast selection. Despite being clean, improvements could enhance the charm of this otherwise pleasant stay.

i almost believed this was a nice hotel, but the pool was full of algae, and they charged €10 per person for it! unbelievable! also, the humorless staff acted like i was stealing when asking for coffee during breakfast. as someone who pays a premium price, an upgrade would've been nice too, but i suppose the mercure does not value its guests.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the beach, diving, and motor boating nearby. The ocean view from the room was amazing, and the breakfast had some decent options. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. For those wanting fun, there's a great gym, and the location is super convenient for exploring the local area.

One disappointing moment was when our room had some maintenance issues. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and although they promised to fix it, it was frustrating to deal with during our stay.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a lovely poolside snack bar, and a cute 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me with my suitcases on my first stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing break!

This place suits me perfectly. It offers wi-fi, a poolside snack bar, and a welcoming 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents, which I truly appreciated. I recommend enjoying the coffee shop, and I'm returning for Easter.
